Amazing Space in an Amazing Place

Unique, spacious, contemporary barn with unsurpassed views of Saddleworth and beyond. The barn is 1100ft up on the edge of Peak National Park with complete privacy, far enough away from it all yet within walking distance to two excellent local pubs! What's not to like? If you are looking for the perfect spot to unwind, with all mod cons, take long walks or bike rides with breathtaking views, this is the place for you. High spec space, well equipped with all the essentials. Ample parking. The space The Barn is a fantastic space which is split level and open plan and really has the wow factor. Exposed beams, gorgeous views through the large picture windows frame the landscape beautifully. There is constant hot water, mains gas for the hob, the oven is electric and water is supplied from our Bore Hole which is fully filtered and checked regularly. It tastes delicious! For all you budding musicians, there is a newly tuned upright piano and the acoustics are brilliant, no issues with disturbing the neighbours (there aren't any) other than the sheep! Guest access The barn is just for you.. there is storage space in our stables for bikes and wet things. There is ample parking. The access to the hamlet is up a single track road and then a narrow drive, the farmer can get his very large tractor up it and we have no problems with our VW camper van.. but if you're used to wide city roads it might seem tight! Other things to note Please note that we have deliberately not put a TV in the barn so you can benefit from a full switch off! There is wifi, so if you choose to bring your own laptop to stream content you are more than welcome. We have tried to think of everything that you'll need during your stay.. dishwasher tablets, bin bags, washing up liquid etc.. you'll just need to bring food and drink! We welcome well behaved dogs, a maximum of two please. Please be aware that the area is full of sheep and the farmer will act if he sees any dog chasing his sheep. Please do not allow dogs on the furniture. I do supply the dog water bowl but not the food one as everyone seems to have/want something different .. so could you bring the food bowl please? Also, following a little damage from a previous pet.. could I ask that if you're going to leave your dog alone in the barn that you bring a crate/cage to put them in please? Please let us know if you need to use the EV charger, due to the rise in energy costs we will need to make a charge based on usage.
