Modbury Heights 3 Bedroom bungalow

A lovely three bedroom bungalow recently decorated and bordering on the reserve from two sides, offering lots of privacy and with great entertaining areas containing a solar heated pool and a BBQ deck. Guest access The main house is available for guests. The adjoining guest area is kept private and will not be in use during bookings. Other things to note Two Queen beds and two singles Please note we require a copy of your drivers licence or passport upon booking. The guest name and ID must match the credit card used for payment. If you are booking on someone else’s behalf, then we will require your ID in addition to the guests. A $150 Security Deposit is charged to ensure keys, cards or remotes are all returned.
