Charleston Guesthouse

Minutes away from historic sites such as Boone Hall Plantation, Palmetto Island County Park, Belle Hall shopping center and many other attractions. Located in a quiet community reminiscent of old country living. Sit back and enjoy the peacefulness of your home away from home. The space The guesthouse is designed with open floor plan, high ceiling, plenty of natural light and easy access. We pride in keeping the space exceptionally clean and the kitchen and bathroom have been upgraded with granite countertops and new tile floors. Our kitchen is fully equipped to meet your culinary needs with contemporary appliances. Each bedroom features a queen bed and plenty of closet space. We provide extra blankets and pillows to meet your needs. We also have a floor twin mattress available upon request. There is an additional fee of $20 per stay for the mattress. It comes with a full set of linens and a pillow. The space will comfortably accommodate 4 guests. Maximum capacity is 6 guests. We have basic bathroom essentials for your convenience, including towels, hair dryer, iron/ironing board and basic toiletries. We have a Samsung Smart TV in the living room with Netflix, Peacock TV, Paramount TV. We do not have the traditional cable tv). Wi-Fi is available. We have some beach chairs for you in a brown storage tote located on the left side of the guesthouse and extra beach towels in the bedroom closet. Private parking spaces are directly in front of the guest house allows for easy access. An additional parking nook is available on the right side of the guesthouse if needed. Guest access The guesthouse occupies the entire second floor of a detached garage and guests will have access to the entire space of the guesthouse. Guests do not have access to the garage on the ground floor. We use it mostly for personal storage.
