Short walk to Hoo Doo Brewery, Pioneer Park, and the Carlson Center. 5+ minute drive to UAF, airport, downtown, and Fairbanks Memorial Hospital. Grill dinner on the riverfront patio. Spacious and fully stocked kitchen, large walk-in shower, fast Wi-Fi, and a high-end queen bed with designer linens. Coin-op washer/dryer. No pets, no smoking. The space NO PETS, NO SMOKING and NO CHILDREN under 10 years old. There are 3 units on the property. The only shared space is the coin-op washer/dryer and the patio/deck area near the river. Each unit has its own access. ***There is a ship ladder that accesses the loft/sleeping area. Easy to climb up and down, but requires both hands on the railings, is kind of steep and is not suited for children under 10, folks with bad balance or anyone afraid of heights.*** Guest access Our neighborhood is easy to access from all of Fairbanks. It's a great place to leave from for a long walk or bike ride as well. There is a dedicated parking spot in front of your unit. There is a plug-in for your car in the cold winter months. Other things to note Please note the river can be dangerous. Do not get in or near. We have wonderful neighbors, please be courteous. Due to winter conditions generally starting mid November, the BBQ and chairs on the deck will be put away for the winter.
