With two beautiful wood-finished floors, NLCITW provides an expansive and open habitation space with all the comforts of home and a rustic naturally-themed aesthetic. Along with the large first floor bedroom, the second-floor comes equipped with ten “cubbies” for sleeping and privacy, and eight bunk beds. All sleeping quarters are equipped with electricity. YOu may not even want to leave the house, but if you do... For recreation, feel free to swim in the lake right in our backyard and enjoy the use of two kayaks. Just a short drive from Bangor, attractions nearby include (but are not limited to) Stephen King’s mansion, Acadia National Park, and Jenkins Family Beach. Also Flight tours are available just thirty-five minutes away for Scenic Flights of Acadia! For dining out, the Sea Dog offers all manner of delicious fare and alcohol, and is only 15 minutes away. Also close by is the Lucerne Inn, a historical Maine standby, and Bar Harbor is about a fifty minute drive, with a wide variety of food and night life.
