Come and discover this magnificent estate composed of 2 cottages, a huge indoor heated pool and a wooded park extending over 4500 m2. The city center is a 20-minute walk from the shops: bakeries, butchers, supermarket, restaurant, pharmacy, bar-tobacconist, bank, tourist office. The site offers a privileged location. Located 1 hr 20 minutes from Paris, 35 minutes from Honfleur. The house is also 10 minutes from one of the most beautiful villages in France "Le Bec Hellouin". The space The main cottage, composed of 5 bedrooms, an equipped kitchen, a living room and a bathroom, offers a warm and cocooning atmosphere. Everything has been thought out for your well-being: - beautiful 12/5 m pool heated from mid-May to mid-September, equipped with a shelter and a removable ladder to facilitate entry and exit - solarium lounge area, deckchair - barbecue area and shaded pergola - smart TV and Wi-Fi - equipped kitchen (dishwasher, induction cooktop, cold door oven, microwave, kettle, Dolce Gusto coffee maker...) - washing machine The second cottage serving as a Pool House is composed of a games room (billiards, foosball, TV, games console, DVD player, darts). For your leisure we provide a ping pong table, pétanque balls, badminton, beach rackets, soccer goals, ball, outdoor games, swing, 4 mountain bikes (2 adults, 2 children), a balance bike, a scooter. You can also fish in the shallow fish pond thanks to fishing kits made available and you can book a Kayak canoe ride at 80 Rue Saint Pierre, in Montfort-sur-Risle (5 minutes' drive from the house) or book a pony ride in Saint-Philbert-sur-Risle. Other things to note - It is imperative that adults supervise young children when they are around the pond as it is not secure. - The pool is fully secured thanks to an enclosure that allows for complete closure. When you want to swim there, simply open the dome by sliding it. This allows you to discover half of the pool. - The only bathroom in the house is upstairs. - We have 1 bedroom on the ground floor with a double bed, it has a mezzanine with 2 single beds for children up to 12 years old. This mezzanine room is equipped with a safety barrier to prevent young children from going down alone. We have 3 bedrooms upstairs (2 bedrooms with a double bed and 1 bedroom with a single bed and a sofa). - We do not have a security gate on the stairs of the house leading upstairs. - We have 2 bathrooms (1 on the ground floor and 1 upstairs). - The roof of the main house will be refurbished in February 2024. - The pool is heated to 26°/27° from mid-May to mid-September.
