German Retreat: House with Hydro and Breakfast

Welcome to Morada Jardim na Floresta! With typical German architecture, Morada is a half-timbered house with a rustic and contemporary interior, designed for couples seeking refuge in nature combined with a romantic and cozy atmosphere. Located in the rural area of the Vila Nova neighborhood, the property is 30 minutes from downtown Joinville/SC, allowing guests to disconnect from the hustle and bustle of the city while still being close to the urban area. *Breakfast included for reservations made as of 12/08/2025. The space Designed in the smallest detail, the guest will experience the countryside atmosphere with all comfort and tranquility. Large and integrated environment, the interior has a kitchen equipped with appliances and various utensils, with everything that is necessary for the couple to enjoy that gourmet moment. In the bedroom, a smart TV, air-conditioning and king size bed will give you all comfort for a refreshing night's sleep. The fireplace, in addition to providing greater warmth on colder days, brings that super special and inviting climate to enjoy good wine and enjoy the moment by two. The hot tub overlooking the forest is the great highlight of the house. Its glazed walls integrate the environment with nature, making the bath even more relaxing and invigorating. In the outdoor area, the balcony for a quiet breakfast or a rest in the hammock to the sound of birds. Ample green area, we offer basket and towel to enjoy a delicious picnic in the garden. At nightfall, the fire pit makes the night more special. For a romantic stay, we have a package with special decor, wine or sparkling wine in the champagne. We offer a guide with tips on rural tourism, tours and gastronomy so that the guest can enjoy the region to the fullest. Important: We are expanding our structure for future accommodation, with works on the property from Monday to Friday. We value the comfort and privacy of our guests, so service providers will work at a minimum distance of 50 meters from the house, ensuring a quiet environment for your stay. During this period, we will be offering special discounts on the daily rates (discounts are already applied on the platform). Other things to note Hours Check-in: From 3 p.m. Check-out: until 11:00 a.m. Photo Shoot Guests are allowed to take photos during their stay at no extra cost. It is necessary to inform in advance about the performance of the shoot. We do not offer part-time rentals. •⁠ ⁠Reception of up to 2 service providers with a rehearsal duration of up to 4 hours •⁠ ⁠The use of confetti, fireworks and the like is not allowed Date change and cancellation • Date changes can be made up to 7 days in advance • Non-refundable in case of cancellation of the reservation. Others • We do not provide meals, but we do provide a full kitchen with appliances and utensils in general for preparing meals in the space. • Fishing in the lakes is not allowed. The fish are ornamental and have been with us for over 15 years. • Uncovered parking next to the property; • Inside the land there are two houses, 50 meters apart; • We are in a rural area of environmental preservation, and wild animals may occasionally appear, so we ask you to keep the screens on the doors and windows closed at all times.
