BEACH HOUSE, 1 BR, cuitchen, terrasse and sea view

I sublet my cosy brandnew beach house with 1 big bedroom, (kingsize bed) at Zen beach in Srithanu, northern part of Koh Pangan. Its a concret house, fully equiped outdoor cuitchen with oven, big space on the terrasse, bathroom and outside shower. The house comes with AC but there is also a nice bruize from the ocean. Stunning view to jungle and the sea, only few steps down to the famous Zen beach! Its a very quiet place, only for sunset musicians gather at zenbeach to celebrate the sunset. The space The bedroom is furnished with drawers and a large closet. Comfortable working space. Mattress, pillows and cover are new. Bed linen and towels are provided. All windows are with mosquito protection. Private high speed internet. AC works well. Other things to note I charge 6000 THB caution, to pay when you check in and will be refund back straight after check out! Electricity charge is 0,70 THB/unit. With "normal use" my monthly bill is around 150 units per month or less. I charge 600 THB for room/sheet cleaning when you check out. If you want weekly/monthly cleaning, its possible, just please inform me. House comes with 2 keys. I can provide TM30 for immigration.
