Bream Loft is the first floor of a spacious (60sqm) recently converted barn, with lounge/dining/kitchen, separate WC, large bedroom with huge luxurious walk in shower. There is a woodburner, juliette balcony overlooking trees and beyond, distant sea view from the kitchen. Guests have use of the 2 acre garden and gas BBQ. Bream Loft can be found between Maenporth beach & Mawnan Smith with amazing coastal walks in both directions. Short walk to Bream Cove, fabulous for swimming. Dog friendly The space Bream Loft is a very private, contemporary newly converted barn with a luxurious feel. The cosy bedroom has a king size Vi-Spring bed, cosy carpet, views over the fields to the west through the cottage style window. The huge luxurious shower is hidden in the bedroom behind the bed, with powerful shower and optional rainfall shower overhead. The very spacious lounge/dining/kitchen is a large light room, with 3 velux windows, separate WC, dining table, two sofabeds, woodburning stove and large wall mounted TV. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a Lavazza coffee machine with complimentary coffee capsules. There is also a south facing Juliette balcony, with a bistro set. Guests of Bream Loft also have use of our garden and table and chairs on the eastern boundary with the field, which has a fabulous sea view, within our 2 acre garden. There are incredible walks on our doorstep in nearly every direction, access to beaches, cafes, pubs and restaurants. The fabulous Meudon Hotel is literally next door with their amazing restaurant and speakeasy bar. There is lots to see and do without jumping into the car. We welcome dogs in Bream Loft! Guest access Guests are welcome to walk in our two acre garden and use the table and chairs on the boundary, and our solid fuel BBQ if they so wish Other things to note Bream Loft is in a peaceful quiet area and forms part of a small number of barn conversions. We live here in the main house but have a total of 3 holiday rentals including Bream Loft. We have two very friendly dogs called Lulu and Margot who may greet you upon arrival. There are also peacocks that occasionally roam around our garden from the farmhouse, and we also have free range hens. Dogs welcome but we do have some rules. The dog is never allowed on any furniture inc the beds, or ever left alone in the loft unless it is crated. The dog should be on the lead at all times when outside of the loft, especially in our garden because of the hens. We would also expect guests to clear up after their dog. The listing is marked as having Air Conditioning but it is in fact an MVHR system (mechanical ventilation heat recovery system) which constantly cleans and refreshes the air in the barn.
