To that effect, we provide: - Generator, Inverter, AC, TV, Wi-Fi - Iron, torch - Medical kit, mosquito repellent, fire extinguisher - Geysers, towels, toiletries - Secured parking space for up to 5 cars This is not a wheelchair-friendly property. Pets are allowed. The Space: BEDROOMS - There are 6 well-furnished bedrooms spread across 2 units - 1 on the ground floor and 2 on the first floor of Corfu and 1 on the ground floor and 2 on the first floor of Crete. - All bedrooms offer amenities such as an AC, king-sized bed, extra mattress, Wi-Fi, and a wardrobe. - The rooms on the first floor are equipped with balconies overlooking scenic vistas. - All rooms are equipped with an ensuite bathroom. BATHROOMS - There are 6 attached bathrooms and 2 powder rooms. - All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries. COMMON AREAS - There are 2 expansive furnished living rooms - both on the ground floor of each unit. - The living room of Corfu on the ground floor can seat up to 15 people & offers Wi-Fi and TV. - The living room of Crete on the ground floor can seat up to 15 people & offers Wi-Fi and TV. - Both living rooms also feature 40ft. high roof sloping windows that provide natural ventilation and ample light. - Both living rooms are equipped with two ACs. However, guests are advised not to switch on both the ACS at the same time. - The dining areas for both units are a component of the living rooms on the ground floor. They can accommodate up to 12 people each. Both are equipped with a TV. - The exteriors of the villa boast sprawling lawns, approximately 3.5 acres in size, and can seat up to 25 people. - The villa has a private swimming pool, 29x16 ft. in size and 4.5 ft. in depth. - Both units feature balconies and terraces on the first floor with ample seating arrangements. KITCHENS - Guests have access to kitchen premises only for reheating purposes. Access for elaborate cooking is not allowed. - It is equipped with a gas stove, refrigerator, toaster, and water purifier. - Crockery and cutlery are available. - Guests do not have access to the kitchen to prepare their own meals. FOOD - All meals can be provided at an additional cost. - Please note that an 18% GST charge will be levied on the above prices. - Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. - Please note that guests cannot bring their own cooks to prepare their own meals. - Prices and items may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. Guest access The guests have access to the entire villa except for the kitchen. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities. Other things to note STAFF ACCOMMODATION We can provide accommodation for up to 1 male and 1 female staff member at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 per person, per day, exclusive of meal charges. Accommodation is subject to availability of sleeping quarters at the villas. ACTIVITIES Within the property, guests can enjoy a relaxing dip or practise their scoring skills in a game of pool polo in the private swimming pool. They can take a peaceful stroll on the lawn and bask in the sun. If you’re up for some fun and frolic, guests can also enjoy a game of soccer or cricket on the well-manicured lawns. Enjoy competitive rounds of board games such as Ludo, Snakes & Ladders or foosball with your peers. Swing leisurely at any of the multiple spots, or find a cosy nook to read a book, meditate or do some yoga. Guests can soak in the gorgeous views from the balconies. Want to watch movies or catch up on sports? Get your Wi-Fi streaming devices and connect to the TVs.Guests can also relish a hearty barbecue meal. A mini-trek can be organized through the lush forests and hillocks for a small extra fee, subject to the caretaker’s availability. HOME TRUTHS While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later! - In case of power outages, the generator can support all lights, fans, AC and TV for up to 6 hours. Similarly, the inverter can also support all lights and fans for up to 12 hours. - The villa is situated in a secluded area and the path leading up to the villa may not be concrete. - Car parking is available only in designated areas. - Guests are advised to stay cautious of any wild insects or bugs due to the villa location. - There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas of the villa for 24 hours for security purposes. - The caretaker stays outside the premises of the property. - Guests are advised not to switch on both the ACS in the living rooms at the same time. - Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time. - Mobile networks such as Jio, Vi and Airtel work fairly well here. - Please note that guests cannot hire or bring any outside vendor for any events at the property.
