The space The studio is located on the ground floor of a charming two-story guest house built in 1925, nestled in the rear garden of a period bungalow. Thoughtfully updated for modern comforts, the space features chic décor and a custom “ocean” epoxy floor. Fully Air-Conditioned, and with fast WiFi throughout, this space is cleverly divided into a living area, sleeping nook, and bathroom. The living space offers a plush leather sofa, a pop-up coffee table perfect for dining or working, and a smart television with all the apps. The dry kitchenette is ideal for light meal prep—such as sandwiches, coffee, or snacks—and comes with a fridge/freezer, microwave, small toaster oven, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, blender, air fryer, kettle, and all the essential dishware. The cozy sleeping area includes a queen bed with a bedside table, a clothes rail, a chest of drawers for ample storage, and extra space under the bed for suitcases. A second smart TV is available for in-bed entertainment, while the modern bathroom is equipped with a vanity, shower, and toilet. Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash, and Towels, Facecloths, and hand soap are all provided. Every window features blinds and blackout curtains, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. Guests also have access to a shared washer and dryer in the adjacent laundry/storage area, and air conditioning with ceiling fans keeps you cool under the Florida sun. Guest access Guests have access to the private first (ground) floor studio suite in the guesthouse. There is a second unit (rented separately) on the second story of the guesthouse. The guesthouse is located in a secluded space at the rear of a similarly styled 100-year old Seminole Heights bungalow. A free, shared washer and dryer are available in the garage area adjacent to this studio suite. Other AirBnB guests maybe staying in the upstairs unit so we ask guests to keep noise to a minimum between 10pm and 8am. Uber and Lyft are readily available in the area. If you are driving or renting a car there is free street parking available. Easy access to I275, Downtown Tampa, Raymond James Stadium, Busch Gardens, Zoo Tampa, Publix Supermarket (N.
