Argyll Reserve Studio

We welcome you to stay in our self contained studio, positioned on the ground floor of our home. The 1x bedroom studio features kitchen, bathroom, living space with aircon, an outdoor courtyard & roadside parking. It has its own private access, seperate from the main house entrance. If you’re concerned with noise, this perhaps isn’t the place for you as our living room is directly above the studio. We have a young family & 2 dogs who can be noisy at times. Generally from 8pm to 7am it’s quiet. Guest access Access to the unit via sliding door visible from the roadside. Free parking available roadside. Walking distance to Greerton Village, 3km to Tauranga Crossing shopping centre, 7km to Tauranga CBD and 15km to Mount Maunganui. Other things to note We have a new born baby, a toddler, two border collie dogs and one cat. The dogs are generally located inside the main home or in our fully fenced backyard, you may hear the dogs when you first arrive.
