Well furnished, fenced and secure, the apartment is perfect for a stay in Évreux and its surroundings. It has an area of 55 m² and can accommodate a maximum of 3 people. You have a living room/kitchen, bathroom, toilet and bedroom. You also have free Wi-Fi and parking in front of the building. It is located 5 minutes from the city center and 3 minutes from the Carrefour shopping center with a bus stop located less than 100 m away. Other things to note Check-in is possible between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. It is mandatory to schedule an appointment time in this time slot no later than the day before so that I can be present to give you the keys. Any delay exceeding 30 minutes from the scheduled appointment will result in the keys being handed over the next day, without refund of the first night. It is strictly forbidden to receive or host people outside the residence without the consent of the owners.
