Lakeview Oasis 4-bedroom Cottage with Jacuzzi

Our lakeside home in Cook’s Bay offers 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and is just an hour from the GTA—perfect for a peaceful getaway. You may spot local wildlife like geese or ducks around the lake and docks, but they won’t block access. The property is pet-friendly; please clean up after your dogs and prevent them from entering neighboring properties. *Note:per city regulations, the dock is removed from mid-October to mid-May. The space 1. Our cottage includes a fully equipped kitchen with all the cooking tools you need, including Bread Maker, Electronic Rice Cooker, KEURIG coffee maker and K-cup pods, kettle, and Earl Grey Tea bags. 2. You can find dishwasher pods under the kitchen sink, and laundry pods above the sink in the laundry room. 3. The bathroom is complete with toilet paper, shampoo, shower gel, and white towels. Please bring your own beach towels for water activities. Do not take white towels outside. 4. There is a smart TV with wi-fi in the cottage. 5. A BBQ, please make sure it is turned off, including the gas valve after you're done. 6. Fire pit, you are welcome to bring your own firewood and enjoy your time around the fire pit. Fire pits should be put out when you leave, as the wind may be strong enough to start a fire (firewood can be found in many nearby local shops). 7. A 6-seats Jacuzzi. Please do not try to seat more than 6 people at a time. 8. A private dock, 2 kayaks and 2 paddle boards. 9. There are 11 life jackets provided in the closet at the entrance. 10. All white sheets, pillows, quilts, and bedding are provided. (For hygiene reasons, you need to bring all personal belongings with you. We recommend that you bring your own towels, sheets, and pillows in case you don't like ours.） 11. We have a security camera facing the front entrance, but no cameras inside the house, backyard, and waterfront. Guest access 1. Guests can access all aspects of the property except the garage as it is used for storage purposes. 2. 6-7 outdoor parking spots are available. Other things to note - NO PARTYING or LOUD MUSIC during your stay, please. - Please bring your own beach towels for outdoor water activities. We will provide white towels for showering. - Please take off your outdoor shoes before going indoors. If needed, please bring your own indoor slippers.
