Lakeview Oasis 4-bedroom Cottage with Jacuzzi

Our lakeside home in Cook's Bay — 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sleeps up to 9 — is just an hour from the GTA. Wake up to sunrise over the lake, use our private dock for kayaking and paddleboarding, or unwind by the fire pit and hot tub. You may spot geese and ducks by the lake — they won't block access. Pet-friendly: please clean up after your dogs and keep them off neighbouring properties. Note: per city regulations, the dock is removed mid-October to mid-May. The space 1. A fully equipped kitchen - the stove is an induction cooktop and the oven is a steam oven, plus a bread maker, rice cooker, Keurig coffee maker with K-cup pods, kettle, and Earl Grey tea bags. 2. Dishwasher pods under the kitchen sink; laundry pods above the sink in the laundry room. 3. Bathrooms stocked with toilet paper, shampoo, shower gel, and white towels. Please bring your own beach towels for water activities - white towels should stay indoors. 4. A smart TV with wifi. 5. A BBQ - please make sure it's off, including the gas valve, when you're done. 6. A fire pit - please bring your own firewood (available at nearby shops). Extinguish it fully before you leave; wind can be strong enough to reignite it. Before lighting it, please check the Town of Innisfil's current fire danger rating and burn restrictions. 7. A 6-seat jacuzzi - please don't seat more than 6 at a time. 8. A private dock, 2 kayaks, and 2 paddle boards. 9. Life jackets, in the closet by the entrance. 10. White sheets, pillows, quilts, and bedding are provided. For hygiene, please bring your own personal items - and if you'd feel more comfortable, your own towels, sheets, and pillows too. 11. A security camera faces the front entrance only - none inside, in the backyard, or at the waterfront. 12. We use NoiseAware noise monitors, installed both indoors and outdoors. They measure sound levels only - they do not record audio or video. Guest access 1. Guests may access the whole house except the interior storage area. 2. 6-7 outdoor parking spots are available (the garage is used for storage and is not available to guests). Other things to note - STRICTLY NO PARTYING or LOUD MUSIC. Any noise complaint by neighbours may result in an immediate warning. - White towels are for indoor showering ONLY — please bring your own towels for outdoor activities. - Please remove outdoor shoes before going inside.
