This upper-floor two-bedroom private loft sits in our beautifully restored 1916-era building. Enjoy two private bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with a soaking tub and shower, one with a shower), a large living room, and an open full kitchen. Styled with Art Deco glamour, it’s a “1920s meets 2020s” luxury stay. Please note: the loft is stair-access only. Due to construction, 1st Street is closed to vehicles, but sidewalk access and nearby public parking remain available. The space The unit features a full open kitchen with a large island that includes a sink and barstool seating—perfect for dining or gathering. The spacious living room offers plenty of space to relax and unwind. Both private bedrooms feature large, restored 150-year-old windows that fill the rooms with natural light and provide beautiful downtown views. Each bedroom is equipped with a smart TV for streaming, and the loft includes Wi-Fi throughout. The unit has two glamorous tiled bathrooms—one with a soaking tub and separate shower, and the other with a large stand-up shower. Guests also enjoy modern conveniences like a Keurig coffee maker, basic cooking essentials, and central heating and air conditioning. Touches of Art Deco elegance blend with modern comforts for a truly unique “1920s meets 2020s” luxury experience. Perfect for couples, families, or friends traveling together. Guest access Due to ongoing construction, 1st Street is temporarily closed to vehicles, but the sidewalk remains open for easy access to the entrance. The loft is on the second floor and must be accessed by stairs—look for the door marked “1st Street Lofts” next to the alley gate on 1st Street. Nearby public parking areas are just steps away. Other things to note We require a non refundable pet fee of $50. Please let us know in your booking if you intend to bring along your pet.
