The house is built according to a Finnish design from environmentally friendly materials. The village is located 21 km from Zelenogorsk along the Primorsk highway. The cottage community has a gated area with 24/7 security and patrolling, a shop. 700 meters from the house is the Gulf of Finland, its sandy beach. In summer, the house is rented for three months (June, July, August) or for a long period.
