Outside smoking is acceptable. - Owners live nearby and available, if needed. - Camera located outside facing parking area and street. - Located nestled among small businesses, Street in front of house can be busy at times. Guest will be backing out into this street, use caution with passing vehicles. Guest access - Private Access, No sharing of space - Outside patio and back yard available for guests. - We also own house next door, currently a long term rental.
