Forest house in nature

Welcome to the Waldlerhaus in the Bavarian Forest. The house is a wooden log house from about 1810, which stands in a large garden with many fruit trees. We rent the first floor, whereby otherwise no other parties live in the house. There is a bedroom with two beds, and a bunk bed. The second room has a bed and TV. There is a kitchen-living room and a bathroom. In the area there are very nice small lakes, and the Bavarian Forest Nature Park as well as the city of Passau. The space The apartment has recently been completely renovated. The interior walls of the log cabin were exposed and the exterior walls were plastered with clay plaster on the inside. Great care was taken to preserve the old elements. At the same time, the apartment has comfortable amenities with central heating, Wi-Fi, and a kitchen with induction stove, dishwasher and electric oven. The ceilings are low, typical of the time (watch your head). The apartment has one bedroom with two beds (these are arranged like a double bed) and a bunk bed with two beds of 90 x 200 cm. It is about 13.50 square meters. Furthermore, there is a lounge which also has a single bed, which can be made into a double bed. This room is about 14 square meters. Then there is the cozy kitchen with dishwasher, oven and induction stove. The dining area has a dining table for 6 people. It has a shower and a bathtub. The apartment is on the first floor. Our Waldlerhaus is exclusively available to our guests, i.e. the rest of the house is not occupied at the time of rental. For children, there is a trampoline, swing and slide in the garden. For everyone there is a hammock, umbrella and a fire pit with a tripod grill. There are very nice small lakes in the area, and the Bavarian Forest Nature Park. You can make wonderful excursions here, enjoy nature or relax in the garden. In winter, there is a ski slope 20 minutes away by car, ideal for beginners as well as cross-country skiing trails. The city of Passau is about 35 minutes by car, Deggendorf about 30 minutes. Guest access There is the possibility to park in the garden in front of the house or opposite on the street. We'll be happy to show you exactly where you can park when you check in. Other things to note There are up to 6 sleeping places. Children are exempt from the €10 price increase for the 4th person.
