The kitchen-dining room of the house is in connection with the large terrace, which is located high on the sloping plot located up in the treetops of the smaller trees, where you can enjoy the sun, the bright nights and the large larch, birch and pine trees. The space The house is equipped with a fully functioning kitchen, two bedrooms, bathroom with shower, air conditioning / heat pump and wood burning stove. In the basement there is space for bicycles, a washing machine and a schuko plug that can withstand charging electric cars. You can eat inside, grill outside and find many peaceful corners around the house, on the terrace and in the garden and enjoy a book or just the squirrels and birds in the treetops. The kids can jump on the big trampoline, slide and swing from the rope in the larch tree, if it does not rain, and they stream a movie via the fiber-based wifi. The beach and the water have fields with both sand and stones, so you can both swim normally or snorkel and see fish and crabs among the stones. From time to time, you can see porpoises further out to sea Guest access The house is located on Udsholt Strandvej, where it is easy to get to and from by car and by bike. A drive by car to Copenhagen City Square is just under an hour. There are grocery / supermarkets in Rågeleje, Blistrup and Smidstrup all approx. 2 km away. In Gilleleje (7 km to the northeast) there are also specialty and delicatessens. There are restaurants in Rågeleje, Blistrup and Gilleleje. Bus 360R has stops close by and runs every half hour during the day to the stations in resp. Helsinge and Gilleleje. There is space to park with up to 3 cars on the plot. If you get in a motorhome, or you get a lot of guests, there is a public car park at the end of Fyrrestien only 450 meters away that you can use. Other things to note It is a patinated wooden house from 1960, so among other minor things the kitchen floor creaks and the floor is worn. The cabin lies on a natural plot, which means, that there can be insects and spiders both inside and outside. We remove the inside ones when we see them, but we don't want to spray as it bad for the environment. The water heater is 400v and 30 liters. This is equivalent to 2 regular baths. Because it has extra energy, it can heat from cold to hot in less than 25 minutes. The mobile connection is not too good in the area, so therefore fiber-based internet is installed and wifi are included in the price. You will have to bring your own computer, tablet or mobile if you want to use the wifi in order to access the internet. There is an ordinary schuko plug in the basement, which is intended to be able to charge electric cars with a "granny charger" (use only this plug for electric car charging!) There are chargers in Blistrup, Bidstrup, and Gilleleje. 14 kwh/day of power consumption is included in the price. Consumption in addition will be invoiced with day to day prices.
