Cute Crystal Beach home steps from the ocean!

Child friendly, cozy home with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, about 200m to the beach on a direct access road--this cute beach house is a great place to relax with family/friends. Come hang out on the large patio where you can see the ocean and or hang out underneath and enjoy the fire pit, outdoor games, an outdoor shower, hot tub, grill, kayak and paddle board. Plenty of activities to keep you entertained on your next beach vacation! Up to two well behaved dogs are welcome for a $50 pet fee. The space The house is just under 1,000 sq ft; 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with a large porch, private porch off back bedroom, and a fully fenced yard. House has a newer AC unit, Wi-Fi, and continues to get upgraded little by little! Bedroom 1 has King bed as of April 2026. Bedroom 2 has a bunk with a Queen bed with full up top. There is a stowaway cot to the left of the couch in the living room. Guest access 2-4 parking spots right in front of the house or you're welcome to park underneath. There is a cargo lift (300lb weight limit)--use of the lift can be requested. Other things to note This house is a well-loved second home for me and my family. It is not immaculate or perfect, however it does continue to be updated. I truly believe if you book a beach vacation and spend all your time inside, you're doing it wrong--the beach is a place for making memories! The house is practical, functional, comfortable and has everything you should need for your getaway.
