Welcome to our stylish apartment "Dünensonne 3" in the north of Westerland. Enjoy your stay on Sylt in our beautiful apartment furnished with a lot of love for detail in a quiet yet central location. The beach is about 500 m away and the center is about 1 km away. Relax in the apartment's own sauna or simply in the beach chair on the terrace. Beach chair (April-October). Kitchen in the living room with ceramic stovetop (4 burners), oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, Nespresso machine. Bedroom with double bed (180 × 200) and cable TV. Bathroom with shower, toilet. Private sauna Shared coin-operated washing machine/dryer in the house. Car parking space. Guest access The apartment has a parking space right in front of the house. A bakery is in the immediate vicinity. The neighborhood is quiet, the surroundings invite you to take long walks in the beautiful Sylt nature or on the endless beach. It's close to the beach or the city center. Other things to note The rental agreement for our apartment as well as the key handover are handled by our local agency: Sylt Tourismus Zentrale GmbH [Sylt Tourism Central GmbH] Keitumer Landstrasse 10 b 25980 Sylt / Tinnum The final cleaning fee includes rental bed linens and towels. The municipality of Sylt charges a tourism tax, which is collected by the agency and must be paid locally upon arrival. This is €3.90 in the main season (May to October), otherwise €1.95 (as of 2024).
