Two comfortable rooms in the heart of Madrid, one single and one double in a luxury apartment. Room with private bathroom the double, wifi, tv, very comfortable built-in wardrobe, 5 minutes from Atocha, museums and the retirement park. The space The location is perfect for walking to all the city's tourist points of interest. Prado Museum, Thyssen Bornemisza and Reina Sofía, retirement park just 5 minutes away. Puerta del Sol 10 minutes away, shopping areas such as: Gran vía, Fuencarral, Preciados, Callao Restaurants, and the best tapas routes are within walking distance of the apartment(URL HIDDEN) To reach the apartment:- From Barajas airport: the easiest is the metro (2€). Take line 8 Nuevos Ministerios. There, change to line 6 to Pacific, Estimated trip time: 20 minutes. If you know Madrid well, another option is the Airport Shuttle Bus (it is yellow and costs 5€). It is picked up at all the Airport Terminals and arrives in Madrid in just 20 minutes! Get off in Atocha and walk to the apartment, it will take about 5 minutes to get to the apartment by av. ciudad de Barcelona If you prefer to come by taxi, this will cost you between 30 and 35€ approximately.- From Puerta de Atocha (Renfe) station: easy and direct, the best option is definitely the metro (line 1 to Menendez pelayo). If you prefer to come by taxi, calculate about 8€, as it has a surcharge for departure from the station(HIDDEN URL) Guest access There aren't many rules, but remember you're not alone. Think about people like you who are going on a few days and try to make their stay as pleasant as you'd like it to be yours. Cleanliness of everything you dirty, care of things, silence and respect are civic norms that you should remember during your stay. Yes, it's important to know: - The check-in and check-out times. Check-in will take place from 3 pm. If you need to come earlier, you can leave your bags here until the agreed time, never before 10am and depending on my availability. I don't commit to always being able to do it. Check-out must take place before 12 noon. - Arrivals after 10 pm have a surcharge of €15 without exception. - When checking out, if I'm not home, leave the keys inside the room and close the door. Make sure it's nicely closed and you don't forget anything inside! - Smoking is allowed in the apartment, but we ask that it be done on the balconies and never in the common areas as much as possible. - Clean up after yourself so that the person behind you doesn't have to clean up after you. - Towels and other personal items must always remain inside the rooms. Please do not leave used towels, toothbrushes or dirty laundry in the bathroom. If there is cleaning on that day, everything will be collected and towels will not be available again. During your stay I'm always on the lookout for a guest who needs something, but I'm also happy to give guests space to make them feel welcome. Other things to note I don't speak. Only Spanish and in the house our flower kitten coexists with us. I put it because many don't usually read anything on the page just look at the location and price but don't read anything else.
