Casa Do Mundo (Your Holiday Home) : A four bedroom villa with an stunning view of the backwaters and river in the quaint village of Britona. It is the last villa on the hill in a gated complex. Your living space is luxurious and quiet with lush greenery around and yet you are centrally located. A short drive, 5 mins away, is Porvorim with the mall, bars and restaurants. The Capital, Panjim is 10 min away . Max occupancy is 8 adults . The space Your duplex villa is bright and airy. The large sitting and dining room with an attached terrace has a birds eye view of the fields and river. On the same level is an air-conditioned bedroom and a bathroom. A spiral wooden staircase takes you down to three air-conditioned bedrooms and a T.V. lounge. Two bathrooms are ensuite and two are adjacent to the bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped and functional. There is parking space right outside the villa for two cars. The swimming pool has a state of the art filtration system. It is shared with 5 other villas but is normally unoccupied. We welcome families and couples. Children under the age of 8 are not recommended, since there are low open windows and balconies. This is definitely not a party space. We request you to turn the volume down at 10 pm. As much as we love animals, no pets in the house. We would like you to treat our home as your own and switch off geysers and air conditioners when not in use to conserve energy. Identification is to be given at the time of booking and arrival.
