Come relax and have a great experience in a beautiful and cozy house, located in a very quiet and safe gated community. The house has an open floor plan offering easy access from the living room, kitchen and indoor pool area at room temperature and with ozone treatment. The space The house is a single-story home, with a living room with a fireplace, which has a TV with cable channels, a reclining sofa and two complementary chairs The house has 4 en-suites, as follows: (Suite 1) - three single beds (Suite 2) a double bed (Suite 3) one double bed (Suite 4) one double bed and four single beds. ** There are 2 sofa beds added. The bathrooms are solar heated. The house has a complete set of bed, table and bath linens. In the dining area, there are seats for 10 people with additional space for four more on the kitchen island. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils for preparing meals: - 5-burner cooktop - Wood-burning stove - Barbecue - Microwave - Gas oven - Double fridge with freezer - Blender - Sandwich maker - Electric popcorn maker - Dishes, glasses, pots, pans, cutlery, dish towels. The pool is indoor, with room temperature and the space has a round sofa and two sun loungers. Guest access The house is in a gated community called "Vila do Imperador" at the entrance to the Guinda district, which is 6 km from the center of Diamantina. Guests will have access to the condominium area, which is a peaceful place, surrounded by beautiful nature. The condominium has a restaurant that operates on weekends Getting around: - 1 km away is Lagoa Azul - 20 km to visit the Cachoeiras Sentinela, Cristal and the bucolic village called Biribiri. - 30 km - are the Cachoeira das Fadas and Telésforo waterfalls, in the Conselheiro Mata district. - 6 km from the center and the centenary sights of Diamantina. Other things to note We provide 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 dispenser with liquid soap, dishwashing detergent, sponge, soap powder and a trash bag. Although we provide welcome amenities, we recommend stopping at the supermarket to buy additional toiletries and desired meals.
