The window overlooking the Castle

Portion of house immersed in the Tuscan countryside a short walk from the center of the village. The panoramic view overlooks the Aldobrandesco castle of Arcidosso. The house is located on the border between Val d'Orcia, an area renowned for the presence of Crete Senesi and centers of great interest such as Pienza and Montalcino, and Maremma, known for the extensive countryside that extends to the Tyrrhenian Sea. A 15-minute drive from the slopes of Monte Amiata and 30 km from the famous Terme di Saturnia The space The house is spread across one floor. From the front door you can access the living area equipped with a wood stove, TV, comfortable armchair and sofa that can become a very comfortable double bed. On the left is the bathroom with a large shower, a double bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds. Finally, the finely furnished kitchen, equipped with a dishwasher, toaster, kettle, static/ventilated oven and coffee maker. The kitchen is equipped with an exit to the outside, from where you can easily reach the garden and the panoramic terrace, an ideal place for a sunset aperitif, a dinner under the stars or even to relax in the sun on a comfortable deck chair. Guest access The entrance is independent. There are two exits that lead to a common outdoor space. In front of the house, there is a private space and a panoramic terrace surrounded by a wonderful garden. The terrace is equipped with a table, chairs and a deck chair where you can relax in front of a wonderful view. Other things to note As you may have noticed, there is no air conditioning as our house is very cool in summer.
