Great stereo sound system for gearing up to see your favorite bands, watching movies, or relaxing on the couch in your chosen ambience while you watch South Congress in view from your living room! There are two full bedrooms and bathrooms in the house and a 3rd full office/flex room. Each BR has its own Queen Bed with luxury quality linens/sheets. The first BR is on your left with a high dormer window to brighten your days along with a private bathroom sparkling black metallic floor tile, full shower, full size counter/mirror and shining black porcelain vanity to go with chrome grohe faucet. Luxury Towels and different kinds and styles of soaps/shampoos/conditioners abundant in each bathroom. There is a robe as well. The 2nd BR is toward the back of the house with a sliding patio door to private porch and patio as well as a wide dual vanity bath and mirror, cast-iron tub to soak, full-size closet and linen closet. The 2nd BR also has its own TV as well as a soundbar. The small private back yard and porch/patio is fenced in and can be used for dogs as well. There is a 3rd additional separate and private room that currently serves as a beautiful full office with lots of natural light (3 windows) and full desk and 1GB ethernet connection. It is a great quiet office to work out of for long-term or business stays. Upon request and with sufficient advance notice, I can temporarily convert this office into a 3rd BR with a single bed to sleep for a 5th person. There is a pic of this room in listing. This room would not have its own bathroom, but would have a private sleeping single situation. The person sleeping in the additional room would have access to the half bath from the hall so they wouldn't have to wake anyone up or enter another BR just to use the bathroom. However, they would have to share a shower or bath with one of the 2 Full BR's & Baths. Guest access Free Private Carport Parking - 2 Cars Tandem Parking. 1 Car Covered Carport. Parking Notes: There is a covered carport for 1 spot and a 2nd car can park behind it uncovered. Tandem parking fits 2 cars; 1 large Truck/SUV + 1 car will fit in carport and driveway; N/A - 2 large Trucks/SUV's will generally NOT fit. There is no longer free parking on the opposite side of the St. across from the house. If you need to park an extra car across the street, please let me know. I may be able to give you a parking pass. Please Note: There is a very large Heritage Oak Tree next to driveway, the large roots go under the driveway and make a portion of the concrete driveway uneven/bump up with the incline. Due to the sensitive nature and age of the tree, this bump in the driveway must remain. Any size car can go over it, but small cars should do it slowly backing out in reverse. I recently had a guest who hit the bottom of their car on the bump going out and subsequently parked across the street with the free pass. I am open to hosting Guests w/ a dog depending on details. There is a small fenced-in backyard. Please feel free to send a message inquiring. Guests will have full kitchen with counter bar Island for dining and main living room with views of South Congress. The kitchen has all new stainless appliances with gas oven/grill and is stocked with cookware, spices, cooking oils, serving/dining dishes and utensils. Guests will have a front porch overlooking S. Congress area and private backyard at their leisure. Other things to note The location of the home is fantastic. You are just steps to South Congress Ave; restaurants, boutiques, antiques, music venues and galleries. You can walk to all of the South Congress and South First attractions: top-rated restaurants, bars, shopping. No car needed. It is also less than a 5 min bike ride to town lake, downtown, auditorium shores, and 10 min SCOOTER(LIME) OR bike ride to Zilker (ACL) & Barton Springs.
