The setting is magnificent: you will be on the heights of Arradon. From the apartment and its terrace of 20 m², you will have a breathtaking view on the Gulf of Morbihan. You can relax in the covered swimming pool, shared with the 4 other apartments, from April to mid-October. The property also has a private and wooded park with a secure access. The apartment's amenities are of high quality. Renovated in 2020, you will find a beautiful fully equipped kitchen, a living-dining room with a sofa bed, two bedrooms with quality bedding and private bathroom and separate toilet. The south facing terrace is perfect for enjoying meals and relaxing in the sun! On the bottom of the property's garden, a house is under construction. Well placed, you will be at 5 minutes walk from the city center and at about 5 minutes drive from the beaches of Arradon. You will be able to park two cars on the property and two new electric bikes are available during your stay. A deposit of 500 € (not cashed) will be asked at the beginning of your stay and returned at your departure for the loan of the two electric bikes. You have two parking spaces on the property. If you come by train : the TGV station of Vannes is 15 minutes away by cab, buses also allow to go there. If you come by car : Arradon is very close to the exit of Vannes. If you come with your bicycles: a locked bicycle room will allow you to store them and if you need to rent additional bicycles for your children, you can reserve them with LOCAVELO. BZH in Auray Other things to note The residence comes from a manor house which has been redistributed into 5 apartments established on 3 levels. The 5 apartments share the park and the swimming pool which are managed in co-ownership. The other apartments of the residence are occupied by their respective owners. The tenants agree to occupy the premises in a peaceful manner, without creating any inconvenience whatsoever to the other occupants of the manor. The use of the pool is permitted from 07:00 to 22:00, under the sole responsibility of the swimmers. There is no supervision of the pool. The users will take care to close it well, in order not to endanger the life of the young children. The washing machine and the dryer are located in the cellar and are common to all 3 apartments.
