Come stay with us! This house is in the host's childhood neighborhood. Explore Gainesville and enjoy the convenience of being tucked away in a bubble of old fashion neighborhood charm. The space So much natural light and plenty of space to relax. The screened in porch welcomes you to sit for coffee and conversation while the front porch rockers invite you to rock the night away. Charming parquet wood floors, quilts and wrought iron beds... When you decide it's time to hit the hay, nestle under the quilt on a brand new queen gel mattress. You won't want to get up but when you do... coffee and tea is stocked and ready for you! It is lit along the fence for when you come home late. Other things to note The Gator Getaway has an attached suite we call The Hoggtown Hideaway, also a short-term rental. Each property has separate parking, yard, and private entrance. The only shared space is the curb.
