Welcome! This cozy private bedroom and bathroom in our home has a separate entrance off the front porch, so you can come and go easily. An interior door connects to the main house, but it stays locked at all times—there is no shared access to our living spaces. *Just a heads up: since we share walls and an interior door, you may hear some day-to-day family noise. If you need total quiet, this may not be the best fit—but if you don’t mind a little background noise, we’d love to host you! The space We’re located in an older, safe neighborhood right on the Bryan/College Station border—super convenient to everything around town. Our driveway is pretty big, but it often has a couple work trucks and/or trailers in it (my husband is a contractor). You’re welcome to park on the street or grab an open spot in the driveway, just not under the carport please. Location-wise, we're close to everything: • About 3 miles to Kyle Field (perfect for Aggie game days) • About 2 miles to Legends Event Center (great for weekend events and tournaments) • About 1.5 miles to St. Joseph’s Hospital (ideal for traveling professionals) Whether you’re visiting for a game, an event, or work, you’ll feel right at home here! Guest access Guests will only have access to this room/bathroom and will not have access to our home. During your stay I remain available to our guests via Air BNB app or direct phone/text. When we have the opportunity we love to meet our guests, but we also understand guests who would rather keep to themselves. We are flexible and leave it up to the guests!
