The property is located in a quiet area, near the city center and many mountain trails. The apartment was created for guests who want to spend time actively, or stay surrounded by beautiful mountain nature and find peace and harmony. I am a person who values originality, so in the apartment you will find nice, sophisticated items. The space The apartment has been thoroughly renovated (about 42 sq m - two rooms, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with toilet) and is located on the high ground floor in a historic tenement house. A parking space is available free of charge directly next to the building. Guest access Children's play area The apartment has a children's play area with toys, books and games for the youngest. Also available - a bookcase with books. - board games - TV The apartment is equipped with a set of two towels for each guest and a prepared bed with clean, fresh linen. The apartment has wi-fi, a gas stove, a dishwasher, a fridge, a pressure coffee machine, audio-visual equipment: a TV and a hair dryer. Coffee, tea, sugar, salt and spices are also prepared for guests. Other things to note We put a lot of effort into preserving the stylish character of the apartment, not forgetting about comfort and convenience. The apartment's height of 3.5 m contributed to the creation of a stylish bedroom with a comfortable mezzanine in the living room, measuring 160/200 cm, under which a corner sofa with a sleeping function -140 cm/200 cm, with a soft thermoactive mattress, for two people was placed. Thanks to this, the room can comfortably accommodate 4 people. You will also find a large wardrobe, a comfortable armchair with a footrest, and a dining room with a kitchenette. The room has a table with six chairs and a fold-out armchair with a sleeping function. The kitchenette is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, pressure coffee machine and full kitchen equipment. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, toilet, sink, hairdryer, and 2 sets of towels and soap in a dispenser.
