My space is great for a perfect layover, job in area, getaway for the night or a dope photoshoot or whatever you choose.....The room is inside of the basement suite. Please message me 10mins before you arrive so I can give you a quick tour so you'll know where everything is for your total comfortability. Once you pull in the driveway, you can park wherever you choose. To get to the basement suite you'll have to go through the gate & follow the pathway to the Lavender door. The space My place is very unique & extremely cozy & fashionable Guest access You can access the upstairs Patio 24/7, up there is where you can smoke 24/7 & play music up until 10pm During your stay Guest can contact me through Airbnb Messager Other things to note 10am sharp is check-out time, & any minute after is $50 & it'll be charged to the card you used to book for every 10mins after that! You are free to play music up until 10pm.PLEASE TAKE ALL GARBAGE OUT THE DAY YOU CHECK OUT to the green garbage can by the gate.... DO NOT LEAVE ANY DIRTY DISHES OR FOOD IN THE REFRIGERATOR.....& absolutely NO SMOKING INSIDE OF THE SUITE, THAT'S WHAT THE PATIO AREA IS FOR!!!If so, it'll be $150 fee taken from the card you use to book!!!!!
