The property is located near Chaitanya Techno School, Jambu Savari Dinne. 1 Km from Gottigere - Kengeri Main road. It is located on the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th floors. Comfortable Bedrooms (Total 8 Bedrooms) : Our property offers two cozy bedrooms in each flat with all facilities for your sleep without any disturbance. We have queen sized beds in both the bedrooms with firm cotton beds, which will give you a homely feeling. Ample storage is available in the spacious cupboards, and attached bathrooms in each room add to your convenience. There are also 2 additional single cots in each living room. For group bookings like weddings and other events we can also provide additional mattresses for guests. Kitchen (4 Kitchens): You can feel the homely nature of our kitchen. All the basic amenities are there including 2 burner stove, gas, refrigerator, water dispenser, basic utensils to make both south and North Indian dishes and a blender are there in each flat. With a grocery store conveniently located in the building, you can easily enjoy self-cooked meals—an added advantage for elderly guests and those with children. You can enjoy your stay with a hot coffee/tea with all your friends and family, but please note that cooking for a large group is not possible. Spacious Living room (4 Living rooms): Our spacious living rooms have a well ventilated space where you can relax and spend time with your family and friends. There are 2 single cots with beds in each living room for the comfort of the guests. Bath (8 Bathrooms): We have 2 spacious, clean and tidy bathrooms in each home. They are in the bedrooms for your comfort. It has all the basic amenities such as a geyser, shower, mirror, bucket, mug and washbasin. Enjoy a 24x7 hot water shower ! Twin balconies: Revel in tea time with newspapers and serene views from the two balconies—one connected to the living area for sunlight and ventilation, and the other linked to the kitchen, housing the washing machine. You can enjoy the wonderful view from the balcony since it is located on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors. There are a total of 6 balconies. Capacity: Our property has a generous space ideal for hosting up to 40 guests in comfort. Both the bedrooms have queen sized beds each and the living room has one single cot. In total we can accommodate up to 6 persons comfortably in cots in both flats and we will provide floor mattresses for additional persons. So totally 23 guests on cots and remaining 17 guests will have floor mattresses (beds). Dining area: To enjoy your meals and coffee with your loved ones there is a separate dining area with a luxurious wooden dining table and chair (4 seater) near the kitchen on both the flats, where you can serve your dishes hot and also a perfect setting for a pizza party ! There is a dining space in each flat. Please note that there is no Dining space on the 4th floor. Parking: Covered parking for two cars and two bikes is provided on a first-come-first-serve basis. Additionally, on-street parking is considered safe. Welcome to a comfortable and homely living experience! Lift: While the property features a lift, please be aware that it doesn't provide direct access to the specific floor. It stops between two floors, requiring guests to climb approximately 7-8 stairs for access. Event Space: With four adjacent flats spanning across floors, our event space can comfortably host 40 guests. Additionally, we offer convenient parking and a terrace, providing ample room for intimate gatherings such as birthday parties, mehndi ceremonies, Haldi functions, engagements, and other events. Guest access The entire building of 4 floors, (1100sqft + 1100sqft + 1100sqft + 700sqft) the parking, and the terrace will be exclusive to you and your guests. The puja rooms inside the properties is off-limits as we use it as store rooms. Covered parking for 2 cars is available on a first-come-first-serve basis. The on-street parking is quite safe. The view from the terrace is mind-blowing. There are no shared/common spaces inside the property. The elevator (lift), and common areas outside the property like terrace, staircase, parking are shared and might have others using them.
