This apartment is a small village house, 150 m2 installed on 4 floors. Located 5 km from Magny en Vexin, in the heart of the Vexin Regional Natural Park and only a few kilometers from GIVERNY. Originally this original cottage was designed to accommodate families or friends attending WEDDINGS taking place in the area. Up to 13 people. On the 2nd floor, the Hirondelle bedroom with a 140 cm bed, the Fleur bedroom with a 140 cm bed, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a desk or dressing table on the landing. Finally, on the 3rd floor, the master suite with a 160 cm bed and extra bed, sink, shower and toilet. Everything has been designed to accommodate wedding guests, many hooks in all the rooms allow you to hang party outfits on hangers. The dressing table on the landing with hair dryer is a makeup corner that can turn into a desk... This cottage is located in a comfortable and peaceful place, in a pretty typical village of Vexin, on a beautiful square next to the Manoir d'Omerville. No parking problems. Play area for small children at the end of the square and basketball courts, Football, Tennis, free access at the bottom of the village. Beautiful surrounding nature (a hiking path passes in front of the house). But beware: No private garden, and gîte on 4 Levels, difficult access to rooms for tired people and risky for very young children, open stairs and balconies.
