Peaceful, with good views, great walks, 2 sitting rooms, big cosy log burning stove, big fluffy towels & dressing gowns, 600TC sheets, super comfy bed, plumped pillows, 2 big smart TVs, wifi & Sonos. Soak in a free-standing bath or big shower and stretch out on an enormous sofa and admire the view up the valley - You won't want to leave! If you do the Little House is well placed for pubs, beaches, vineyards, gardens, Rye and Hastings and many other treats only a walk or short drive away. The space Dowstairs you will find a cosy sitting room with galley kitchen diner and log burning stove & a 24" smart tv - ideal for cosy autumn/winter evenings. Also on the ground floor find a luxurious bathroom with separate loo. Enjoy a deep freestanding bath or a separate rain shower and lovely light streaming in. There are a combination of wood floors, rugs and sisal covering the floors throughout the property. Guest access This is a rural property ideally accessed by car. There is plenty of parking adjacent to the house. Non-allergic bedding can be provided upon request. Otherwise the bedding is feather and down. The carpets in the bedroom and bathroom are sisal and there is a kelim on the wooden floor in the kitchen. The travel cot is also available on request. We will not provide bedding for that so please bring your own. Other things to note The Little House is ideally situated for long walks to the pub (15 minutes), the local micro brewery The Three Legs (45ins-1hr down the valley), and Tillingham Vineyard with its lovely restaurant and pizza barn (45mins-1hr up the Tillingham Valley). To the rear you will find miles and miles of mixed woodland populated by deer and to the south only a 15 minute journey away you will be on the beach which stretches for miles along the coast. Rye is a 12 minute drive, Hastings a 20 minute drive and the local supermarket just a 7 minute drive away. Great Dixter, Sissinghurst, Bodiam Castle and many other local attractions are also close by.
