This is an Apartment on the end of a house. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Enjoy the garden of flowers, trees, fruits, and vegetables. This quaint space is private and has its own entrance. There is no access to the main part of the home. You may occasionally see me or my husband out in the garden. We are a quiet couple. Your patio area is private. You may pick from the garden. We enjoy visiting if you like. The home does have cats and we do share ventilation. The space This part of the home is its own apartment. The main part of the house is not accessible by the guests. This is an apartment attached to the house. Kitchenette has most anything you need. No large stove but you have a toaster oven and burners. No dishwasher. The bedroom has a queen bed. The bathroom has a shower. There are plenty of linens. Washer/dryer and cleaning supplies are in the space. Just bring your essentials and clothes. Fridge will have a couple bottles of water. There is also coffee and tea as well as some spices. There are ceiling fans and to use them they have a knob on the wall next to the light switch. When opening the windows, there is a latch on the inside of the window that needs flipped. Then crank them open with the knob at the bottom of the window. Outside we have a couple acres that we garden and do have honey bees. There are fruit trees, vegetables, herbs, trees, and so much more to see. Guest access You will have your own parking spot. First one is yours. This is a country setting. We live in the main part of the home. Your apartment is attached to the end of the home. Other things to note The sidewalk in front of the house curves around to the back and you step up one step and enter into the back door with a code. There is absolutely no smoking or vaping of any sorts. The tenant and the landlord are both highly allergic. No cigarettes No marijuana No vaping Please no menthol cough drops or vicks vapor rub use. Allergies to menthol. The road we live on is not made for walking or hiking although some neighbors do use it as such; we would recommend the Battelle Darby Creek Park which has several entrances with one being a mile and others at 4 miles. There is also a library nearby in Harrisburg and shopping 20 minutes to London or 10 minutes to Grove City. We are also only 10 minutes to Columbus and many amenities at those locations.
