A short drive to the Green Mountain National Forest, and easy access to Burlington, Rutland and surrounding Ski Resorts. The space One level home, with three comfortable bedrooms (twin bunk bed, 1-queen, 1-queen), large comfy family room for gathering, nice size kitchen for cooking, two roomy bathrooms. Two beautiful decks for dining or chillaxing. outside Grill and fire pit. Plenty of parking space. Boat lift (Guests can bring their own boat and use the boat lift - please check with owner on weight limits), long dock for fishing or swimming, kayaks, SUP, paddleboat all available for use. Life Jackets also available, upon request. Winter activities include cross country skiing, snowmobiling & ice fishing. Downhill skiing at Killington, Okemo, Pico, Mad River Glen & Middlebury Snowbowl within 1 hour drive; Sugarbush, Stowe, Smugglers Notch 1.5hr. Guest access Plenty of parking, quiet neighborhood, miles of bike riding, running or walking. Beautiful rural area.
