Modern beach house with sauna in a peaceful area

Newly built (2020) beach house in a peaceful area with a private beach. 2,5 km to centre of Jakobstad and close by there are several walking trails. The jacuzzi is in use during summer months, during the winter months November-March the use is not guaranteed. The space The house is 35 m2 with sauna, two showers, toilet and sleeping loft and fully equipped kitchen. Double bed upstairs in the loft, sofa bed for two people downstairs. An extra mattress 120 cm wide is available up in the sleeping loft. Outdoors, there is a private beach and jetty, barbecue area next to the beach and also a barbecue, pizza oven, hammock, outdoor furniture and for children there is a trampoline, large sandbox by the beach and swings. Guest access The whole house is for the guests' use, and the garden with barbecue area, beach and jetty are for shared use.
