The total space is 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, with the upstairs featuring 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a full kitchen, and a laundry room. The downstairs has a studio bedroom, with a full spa-like bathroom, and kitchenette. Both units have private entrances, with no connecting access between the two. Furnishings include quality linens, towels, and a table for eight. The complete unit is cleaned and sanitized with strict enhanced cleaning protocols before your visit, including: --- Sanitization of high-touch surfaces, down to the doorknob --- Usage of cleaners and disinfectants approved by global health agencies, including wearing protective gear to help prevent cross-contamination --- Cleaning each room using extensive cleaning checklists --- Extra cleaning supplies are provided, so you can clean as you stay --- Compliance with local laws, including any additional safety or cleaning guidelines Guest access Guest have access to your own private backyard oasis, including: inground salt water swimming pool (season permitting), large screened in back deck, propane grill, firepit, and covered deck. Other things to note Good Neighbor Policy: Only the people listed on the reservation and included in the headcount are allowed at the property. Any day visitors or people "just stopping by" must be included in the headcount of your reservation. Exceeding the permitted headcount approved by host will result in termination of booking, with no refund. Maximum property limit requirements are strictly enforced. 8 Person Maximum (including children of all ages). If you have questions regarding this limit, please contact host prior to booking.
