The living room offers a corner sofa and a 110 cm TV including all possible and imaginable TV channels (Netflix/Disney +/Prime Video/Canal +/Bein sports/ DAZN etc...) Two modern shower rooms, one with toilet, are shared. Weekly cleaning and maintenance included to ensure cleanliness and comfort. Collective heating + individual booster. Free public parking on the surrounding streets. Peaceful environment, shops and services within walking distance: supermarket, pharmacy, bank, post office, restaurants etc...
