Sitting atop a hill overlooking Aguadilla Bay, Casa Clementina is a solar-powered seabreeze paradise. Refresh in the shared oceanview swimming pool or take the 5-minute walk down the stairs to Crashboat Beach. You’ll have everything you need to relax, explore, and reset. The space The studio features 1 queen bed and 1 full-sized futon with 100% cotton bedding. Enjoy the AC or throw open the wooden shutters to let the breeze flow through. Fully-equipped kitchen has all you need to prepare snacks or meals. If there’s something you need, just ask! Full (yet tiny) bathroom with hot shower. Drink your morning coffee or tea on your private porch or take the 1-minute stroll to the cliffside overlook. You will also have your own private gated driveway for safely parking your car during your stay. 10-min drive to BQN airport! If you're party is too big for the studio or if the studio is booked, we also have a cute poolside retro camper available: airbnb.com/h/campermabel Other things to note Note: Most guests love the rustic, charming feel of the studio with wooden shutters, but this means that it is not airtight. During the hottest days, the AC needs a little time to cool off the space. Please also note: While we are solar powered, in the event of a grid power outage, you will be asked to turn off the AC and use only the fans at night (when the sun is shining, it's fine to use, outage or not). We don't have sufficient battery backup for constant nighttime AC use during occasional grid outages, but we provide 2 high-powered fans. We also have a water cistern in case of water service interruptions, so guests have never run out of water. During extended periods of low-no city water pressure, there may be brief interruptions while we refill the water cistern.
