Our condo has an open layout with floor to ceiling water views and Florida sunshine in abundance. Night time views of the stars from both levels offer a view few can still find. Kitchen, laundry, dining and living area with half bathroom on the main floor. Sofa converts into queen sleeper. Large deck with electric grill and outdoor dining. Enjoy unobstructed views of dock, pool, and local wildlife. Up the spiral stairs takes you to the master bedroom loft with floor to ceiling views, king size bed and walk in shower/bathroom. Boat slips are available first come first serve basis/one per unit. Maximum boat size 23ft including motor. All boaters must follow posted rules. Be aware of high/low tides for access to dock. Fort Island boat ramp is right around the corner to launch and Twin Rivers Marina is next door to rent boats or charter a fishing trip. Other things to note The closest boat ramp is located just around the corner from Sawgrass Landing. It is called Fort Island Trail. Twin Rivers Marina is next to Sawgrass Landing for private charters and boat rentals.
