Wonderful cottage with wood-burning stove

We develop a warm place to connect people with who they really are in a practical way in the middle of the countryside. We live here as self-sufficiently as possible by means of a vegetable garden, fruit & livestock and try to inspire people to become more aware of their place on earth, to reduce our footprint and to work with traditions from this soil. There is also a handmade soap ready for every guest in the B&B, which you can of course take home afterwards. The space Relax in our Zonnehoed with spacious garden where you can always find sun and shade! After which you can see the stars and the beautiful Milky Way in this atmospheric place on a clear night. Spacious lodging in the countryside. Detached wooden house with kitchen and toilet. Atmospheric sleeping/living space with a double bed, wood-burning stove and dining table. Spacious garden with unobstructed view over farmlands, vegetable garden & livestock, fire pit and cozy corners. Possibility to have breakfast with ingredients from our own garden 10 euros p.p (to be paid in cash. The shower is right around the corner in the house (next door) when you enter, so you have enough privacy there. Guest access We have a beautiful beach on the river within walking distance where you can swim or with us from the jetty where you can take a refreshing morning dip, a supermarket 15 minutes by bike and 1 of the beautiful nature reserves such as the rottige meenthe or the tjeukemeer within cycling distance. Other things to note We have children ourselves and therefore also a playground in the front garden, if children come along, they can certainly use it. Present swings, bird's nest swing, slide and trampoline”. This space is multifunctional and is not only used as a B&B but also for workshops & meetings, so there are yoga chairs, nice cushions, sheepskins & feathers here, feel free to make a lovely seat out of sheepskins and cushions for the wood stove. Sometimes BnB is not available because of a workshop, if you stay here you can also follow 1 of the nice workshops that you can find on www. the sun hat. frl. At the same time we live here (in the white house next to the Zonnehoed) wonderfully together with our 5 children (who sometimes make noise ;-) 1 ha nature meadow with sheep, stray sweet dog Lucky (who loves to cuddle), turkeys, chickens and food we enjoy our lavish vegetable garden, meat from our own animals and small fruit every day. Although we keep our children & animals (cats and dogs) out of the Guest House, they will walk around in the garden, of course we also take each guest into account. At home it's perfect, here it's relax!
