This home has everything your family needs for a stress free move! This spacious open floorplan home includes 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms downstairs with one bonus room upstairs. Access to the full-size washer and dryer. Enjoy the fenced in backyard which includes a propane BBQ, swing set, trampoline and a firepit. The home is fully stocked and equipped to make your stay enjoyable and as stress free as possible. Wifi (5G) is included and all TVs have a Amazon Firestick for all your streaming needs. Traveling for a special occasion or a holiday? For an extra fee, I also offer decoration/packages for special events like Welcome Home, Birthday, Anniversary, and almost every holiday! This could include decorations, cake, champagne, wine, chocolate covered strawberries, etc. Please send me a message if you would like to set up something special for your arrival!! -------------- About this space -------------- - MASTER BEDROOM: Come home & enjoy the master suite that has a queen bed, not located by other bedrooms for solitude from the kids. Master bathroom has a jacuzzi bathtub and separate shower. - BEDROOM #2: Queen size bed with a TV and firestick. - BEDROOM #3: Queen size bed. - BEDROOM #4/BONUS ROOM: Located upstairs with a desk, sofa and TV with a firestick. If requested, I can supply an air mattress. - BACKYARD: There is a large fenced yard with a patio table for six people so you can enjoy your time using the propane BBQ, swing set, bars, trampoline and/or firepit! - KITCHEN: The kitchen is fully stocked with everything we thought you would need for a great trip! We have provided a George Foreman grill, griddle, waffle maker, rice maker, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, instant pot and crockpot. Kitchen basics are also included like spices, flatware, plates, cups, cooking utensils, pots, pans and baking sheets. - PARKING: The driveway is large enough to park four cars. - PETS: I completely understand pets are family, too.
