Rental Requirements for Booking Age Requirement: The primary renter must be at least 25 years old to book this property. Proof of age must be provided upon reservation or check-in. Parties or Large Gatherings must be pre-approved: Unauthorized parties or large gatherings are strictly prohibited. Pet Policy: We understand that animals are a part of the family! We welcome up to two dogs. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate cats at this time. Only dogs are allowed (no other pets). A maximum of two dogs is permitted. Additional pet fees and approval may apply. **If the above requirements are not met, we reserve the full right to cancel the reservation. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining the integrity of our property and community. If an unauthorized party or gathering is held at the property, we also reserve the right to charge an additional fee to cover any damages, extra cleaning, or disruption caused.** Guest access The home has a an Upper main section and a Lower section that will only be rented to the same party. They will never be rented to two different parties. Both the upper and lower sections have a locked door entry system for complete privacy and security. Other things to note The house is completely furnished and presented the way we would want our home and vacation experience to be. You will love the close access to the beach but also the quietness that the neighborhood and home offers. Catch the sunset from the deck or beach access, take a walk, bike or golf cart ride in the peaceful/safe neighborhood or stroll over to nightly activities close by or just take a nightly walk on the star studded beach!
