Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. 35 min from San Antonio and 45 min from Austin. 3 miles from beautiful Canyon lake and 15 min from tubing on the Guadalupe River. or catch a concert at the Famous Whitewater amphitheater just 15 min. we also book for weddings and private events. we do allow large gathering but a deposit will be required. But every morning u get to enjoy a cup of coffee on our 2nd story screened in patio. The space House is exact replica of a house we toured in France. one of a kind very open and plenty of space. Guest access will have access to entire house besides garage. Other things to note if rented out for wedding prices will very. we will supply food of your choice and live entertainment is allow but band must be done by 9pm. and will be small additional cost for parking for guest.
