My place is close to nightlife, public transport, and the city center. My place is nice for couples, solo adventurers and business travelers. The space Your temporary home is located in a historic listed building and is located on a quiet side street. The approx. 43 or approx. 54 square meters of living space are distributed over a cozy bedroom, a tastefully furnished living room with high-quality parquet flooring and a spacious kitchen incl. Dishwasher, fridge. Washer and dryer can be used together free of charge. There is a private intercom and mailbox. Guest access To ensure a smooth check-in, please note that we do not have a reception on site. You can reach us between 9 am and 6 pm by phone (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN). Regarding your arrival, we kindly ask you to let us know your expected arrival time. We are then happy to organize your check-in and handover of the apartment keys. Your apartment is reserved for you from 3 pm. Other things to note - Deposit: EUR 300,- cash on arrival - No smoking in the holiday apartments - The apartments are either on the ground floor or 4th floor and can be reached via the staircase - These are sample images.
