High Speed Internet and cable. No smoking! The space We pride ourselves in being one of the best airbnb properties in the area; we provide cleanliness standards that are akin to the best hotels. Huge balcony and big windows for light, and drapes for those who prefer less light. All three bedrooms have air conditioning; bed sheets will be provided. Two full bathrooms have shower and hot water. We also have an inverter that provides basic power back-up in the rare instance that power is out (this does not usually happen). When power goes off, each room will have a fan and light supply working for about 24 hours; heavy appliances will not work. Parking is available in the building and in the street. Comfortable couches to relax in the living area, and branded appliances including tv and cable. Internet also provided. Kitchen has a microwave, Arro for water, refrigerator and gas, with a basic set of utensils. Washing machine as well. We are located within 1.5 km of the railway station, about half a kilometer from the bus station, and within 250m of Kamati gardens. MSU is right next door. Malls, restaurants, convenience stores are less than 5 minutes away. Pedestrian friendly area too. Garbage disposal daily (included). We offer daily ironing and cleaning services (extra). Usually apartment is cleaned only on check in and check out; and once weekly. Light bill / electricity charged to the guest; we take meter photo for reading and calculate at Rs 7 per unit, which is what the utility company charges us. We do not allow smoking, partying, or pets. Alcohol consumption is illegal in the state of Gujarat unless you have a permit from the government. Please ensure that you comply with local rules and regulations. Local laws require us to have an ID on file with full name, address - so Aadhaar cards or driving licenses will work. For foreigners, we are required to submit Form C to police authorities, which requires passport ID page, visa or OCI page, arrival stamp (passport page), address in the country of origin, local address, and country of origin phone as well as local phone. We will also require a photograph. All guests have to sign in the guest register. Our staff is well-trained and we have consciously employed people from disadvantaged backgrounds; please treat them with respect. Please call from 9am to 7pm IST; this is a family owned property and not a hotel; please respect our privacy as you would like yours to be respected.
