Other things to note - House is 100% non-smoking. - Highchair and Pack n Play are available upon request. - Any event requires full pre-approval and planning with the host directly prior to booking. While I aim to accommodate requests, unauthorized events will result in heavy fines & event will be immediately closed. If you would like to arrange a small gathering or an event, please reach out to me prior to booking so we can discuss options or additional requirements. Parties are NOT allowed! Sound sensors which are used to detect the intensity of sound, are installed in this home to prevent unauthorized events. Please, no loud music after 22:00. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated. - We ARE pet friendly for up to two pets, but we need to know if you will be traveling with furry companions. We charge a $60 flat cleaning fee for the stay, to account for the additional time necessary to clean in these cases. - As a part of the unique design of this house, the walls in the master bedroom or bathroom don’t go all the way to the ceiling so it’s open to the rest of the house. In addition the master bathroom is completely open without a door. - Pool is not heated. • Check in is at 3pm. No keys are required. • Checkout is at 10am.
