Sunny Hut -- long stay only

There are many restaurants, grocery stories, and cafeterias nearby. Many choices for your meals, and you can buy all you need to cook for yourselves easily. The public bike is available to be rent a block away. We also offer 3 bikes for guests for free. And it is convenient to ride bike to visit CHENG CHIN Lake, Da Don Art cultural center etc. all about few miles away. You can also ride bike to train station and subway to tour many popular places in Kaohsiung. The space The house has rebuilt recently, very new. We provide parking lot. First floor is my physical therapist workshop. Second floor is an isolated guestroom, won’t be bothered. We offer washing machine with dry function, or hang clothes dry on the balcony. Hot water for shower all day. Wi-Fi, and 65 inches TV. We have a fridge down stare to share. A small kitchen with all you need to cook meals. The big room has many windows, beautiful sunlight passes through. Cool / Warm Air conditioner keeps you feel comfortable. Bathroom inside. The room belongs to you during the dates you've booked, you won't share the room with other guests. No smoking inside and outside the house. If you smoke, please DO NOT book. Hope the house will be one of your unforgettable memory in this trip. Guest access Be our friendly guests and you treat yourselves as at home. The kitchen area on first floor and yard outside the house are available for you to use. During your stay You can call me whenever you need help during the stay. If you need some information about the local food and interesting places, I will offer you the information. Other things to note This house is located in an old ares, maybe you will hear some noise from neighborhood. However, to close the windows is able to keep most of the noise silent. My workshop may have some talking voice, rarely at night. No smoking or too much drink.
