Located in a quiet area less than a 5-minute walk to the center. Rated 3* furnished tourist accommodation The space Upstairs: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed of 140 (rectangular pillows 40 X 60 cm), bathroom with shower, washing machine. There is no door between the ground floor and the upper floor, the shower room is located behind the headboard without a separating door. Access to the floor is via a staircase equipped with a handrail but no railing or barrier. On the ground floor: Equipped kitchen (fridge-freezer, gas stove, oven, toaster, electric kettle, filter coffee machine + Senseo) One dining area Living room (TV), sofa Toilet Exterior: Terrace with garden table and umbrella Large, private, fenced garden BBQ grill Possibility to rent linen (sheets, 1 shower towel and 1 hand towel per person, duvet in winter, blanket in summer) for €16 (option to be paid on site). Following some inconveniences, we no longer leave a duvet or blanket available in the presence of pets (unless you take the linen option)... Tea towels, hand towel for the kitchen, mattress protectors, pillows and underpillows are provided.
